Reporting a wrong BPM or key
Detection isn’t perfect, and examples help us improve it. Please include:
- The song name and artist
- The BPM and key the tool showed, and what you expected
- Whether you used a file, live listening or tap tempo
- Your device and browser, for example iPhone 15 with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome
Please don’t email copyrighted audio files. The song name is enough.
Quick fixes
- File won’t load: convert it to MP3 or WAV and try again.
- Microphone blocked: click the lock or mic icon in your address bar and allow the microphone.
- BPM half or double: use the ÷2 and ×2 buttons under the result.
